Can I return the products, I purchased from Ekmatra
We do not have any provision to return the products purchased from ekmatra.com, however you can replace or exchange your product in the following circumstances:
- You’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation),
- You find that you’ve made an error with choosing a size (for clothing)
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect (Acceptance subject to the product passing our internal quality check)
- You are not satisfied with your purchase
In any other case a replacement or exchange request would not be processed. You can only exchange/replace a product within 15 days of order receipt.
How do I place a replacement request on ekmatra.com?
- To replace an order as a guest, click here.
- If you are already an account holder you need to log in and follow the link given above.
- The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Once the replacement request is created, we will ensure that the replacement is processed as soon as possible.
- The pick for replacement/exchanges would be done by Ekmatra after receiving your Request.

If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I replace or exchange it?
Ofcourse! Ekmatra has “Customer first Policy”. Report your concern to firstname.lastname@example.org and generate a replacement request by way of a replacement request form. Once the product passes the internal quality check, we will initiate replacement. Kindly note you have generate a replacement request within 15 days of receiving the order.
I bought a product but it does not fit my size, can I get it exchanged?

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

I have placed a replacement request, how do I now order another product ?
After generating a replacement request via the request return form we would be sharing a coupon code for one time use only. By using the coupon code you can redeem the amount equivalent of the sum paid by you to ekmatra and shop for desired replacement products. You can thus order items of same value or a higher value. In case the item that you select is of a higher value you would be required to pay the difference.
Why was my order cancelled by Ekmatra?
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to an unfortunate situation. We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if the partial order is cancelled or whole or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
Can I Cancel an order I placed with Ekmatra?
Yes you can cancel your order placed with Ekmatra provided the item has not been shipped yet. Cancellations would only be processed before shipping. You can cancel the order via the request return form on our website. If you are already an account holder you need to log-in and then cancel your order via the request return form.
How do you process International Order Replacement & Exchanges?
As a policy we do not have any provision for replacement, exchanges or returns for International orders.
